Seniority level: 3+ years of experience analyzing information space.

About position:

We seek an open-minded, curious, and skillful professional to provide monitoring, research, and analytical support to the LetsData team leveraging AI to anticipate communication risks and opportunities in the face of ill-intended information influence.

Your skills and experience: 

• 3+ years of experience analyzing information (media monitoring or policy analysis). Experience working with social media will be an asset.

• Expertise in the problem of disinformation, influence operations, and strategic communication campaigns. Support in tracking and analyzing.

• Ability to be flexible, learn, and self-study.

• Experience with data visualization (Flourish etc.) is an asset. 

• Previous experience in non-profit, government, PR companies and universities conducting applied research is an asset.
• B2+ level of English is mandatory. All analysis is written in English.

Responsibilities:

• Support in tracking sociopolitical public discourse in Ukraine and abroad.

• Experience working with Big Data is an asset.

• Analyze Russian malign information operations in media outlets and social media platforms.

• Contribute to analytical articles and papers, as well as transform complicated research insights into an easy to comprehend format.

• Together with the team, transform analytical insights into practical guidance and recommendations.

• Present key findings to various stakeholders.
