Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Community Action for HIV Control. The project goal is to accelerate Ukraine’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control by 2030 by improved prevention, testing and linkage to care among key and priority populations.

Pact seeks a Consultant on medical goods procurement and distribution for the period of performance from February thru March 2023 to support Procurement & Logistics Officer with medical and non-pharmaceutical goods coordination and distribution between the grantees (local NGOs).

The Consultant will perform the following tasks: 

• •  Collect and consolidate data from project recipients/grantees on medical and non-pharmaceutical goods needed for project implementation;
• •  Communicate with a medical goods distributor regarding the list of goods to be delivered to project recipients;
• •  Coordinate the goods delivery with a distributor;
• •  Review delivery documents, analyze balances of goods and provide recommendation to project staff on timely procurement;
• •  Provide report with a data of requested and delivered goods;
• •  Analyze the local market and recommend medical goods suppliers.

Requirements:

• •  Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in area of medical, non-pharmaceutical goods procurement;
• •  Experience in procurement and relevant consultancy within donor funded organizations, HIV/AIDS area would be a plus;
• •  Good analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and flexibility;
• •  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• •  Good writing and speaking skills in both Ukrainian and English.

Deliverables will be split by 5 days per month according to the above tasks upon contract signing.
