MSF Switzerland in Ukraine is currently looking for:

PHARMACY MANAGER in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

-        Define, coordinate and monitor pharma activities in the mission, under supervision of the Medical coordinator;

-        Collaborate with other team members to ensure implementation of pharma activities;

-        Drugs and equipment maintenance in the warehouses and the appropriate storage and management of medical supply with respect to the MSF procedures and National legislation;

-        Correct stock management and transport/storage procedures. Ensure that all inventories of drugs and medical devices exist and are updated. Follow-up of loans/donations and management of expired medications according to MSF procedures and national legislation;

-        Technical pharmacy support regarding pharmaceutical information, effective drug distribution and control, medication use (protocols and rational drug use), pharmacovigilance;

-        Oversee and closely monitor procurement process in compliant to National and International laws and regulations. Support for delivery, reception and recording of international and local orders;

-        Follow up of emergency preparedness stock replenishment;

-        Orders, storage, stock management for staff health related medical items (first aid kits);

-        Regular technical visits to project sites to ensure appropriate follow-up of activities and management of medicines and medical items. Capacity building of the pharmacist and storekeeper;

-        Data collection and analysis, monthly reports, including monitoring of pharma activities, updates in the National regulations and other relevant information;

-        Other tasks related to staff health, as required;

Requirements:

-        Degree in Pharmacy

-        Experience of at least two years in (hospital) pharmacy management

-        Knowledge of English and Ukrainian

-        Computer literacy

-        NGO experience is desirable
