We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will lead our international projects and ensure we move forward according to project timeline and budget; follow company standards carefully to deliver quality outcomes.

What you will do:

• Maintain leadership positions on the national level and represent the project on the international level, help the projects stay on top of the competition, and offer new effective ideas and solutions

• Control over projects’ KPIs, constant analysis of traffic structure, timeline

• Regular review of project’s content strategy to meet market demand

• Timely deliver news to the PR department

• Develop ToR for the contractors and coordinate their work

• Build strong international partnership

• Build new or\and optimize the existing work processes

You fit perfectly if you have:

• Relevant working experience 2+ years

• Experience in NGO or\and international projects

• Experience working with international donors

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

• Can set tasks priorities and work with deadlines

• Advanced English
