Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. MSF Ukraine is looking for:

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Main duties:

• Controls and monitors medical and non-medical stocks and assets, ensuring that storage is carried out under optimum conditions as well as the in and outs and according to organization’s protocols, granting efficiency and accountability.

• Physically and administratively manages Medical and non-medical stocks together with the stock owners and assumes responsibility for the warehouse and its contents.

• Ensures that all necessary tools and management procedures are in place in order to avoid stock ruptures, losses (expiries, damages due to bad storage conditions, temperature breach).

• Checks, records and arranges the goods received and ensure the availability of a wide range of items for various projects and departments (medical supplies, food, spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.).

• Checks availability of all needed documents during the reception and dispatch of goods.

• Ensures that all items are well organized and correctly stored according to their specificity, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible (cleanliness, security, access, etc.).

• Regularly checks inventory levels (physical counts), keeps inventories up to date and monitors consumption.

Requirements:

Education:

• Higher education.

• Desirable warehouse management related studies.

• Desirable pharmaceutical background.

Experience:

• Experience as a Warehouse Manager and/or experience in Logistics department.

Knowledge:

• Computer literacy.

• Warehouse policies and procedures.

Languages:

• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English languages.

Closing date: February 28, 2020 (due to the urgency of this position the recruitment can be finalized before the closing date of the position).

Monthly gross salary (before taxation): 23808 UAH.

Type of contract: CLA for 3 months extendable with labor agreement.
