Міжнародна організація Mercy Corps в Україні шукає співробітника з аналітичної роботи та звітності у м. Сєвєродонецьк, Луганська область (далі - англ.).

Successful candidates should meet the education and experience requirements for each position description and have a strong knowledge of spoken English and knowledge of Luhansk, local languages, geography etc.

Knowledge and experience:

• BA/S or equivalent in, economics or management. 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent team and interpersonal 
• relationships. 
• Exceptional report and presentable writing and editing skills are essential, as is the ability to produce high-quality written products efficiently and regularly. 
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work both independently and cooperatively with team members. 
• Previous experience working with data, online data forms, Excel, in Ukraine and/or knowledge of the region. 
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian/Russian (reading, writing and speaking) required.

Responsibilities include: 

• Participate in program design and proposal development. 
• Support for new initiatives that foster and/ or improve the strategic objectives of the country office. 
• Play a role in ensuring that the communication of Mercy Corps Ukraine’s strategic 
• framework, studies/ assessments, and other knowledge products are disseminated in a visible manner to key audiences (both internal and external). 
• Helps draft, edit, coordinate and prepare program and other reports in line with country program standards and donor requirements. 
• In coordination with the CD and the Emergency Program Director, and the HQ Public Relations team, maintain an active role in identifying and obtaining data for use by the HQ team. 
• Ability to translate Russian and Ukrainian to English.
