The survey objective is to establish evidence on the prevalence and features of VAWG, as well as the context in which violence takes place (through collecting household characteristics) and identify risk factors of VAWG related to individual and household conditions. The survey should be a population-based household survey and should use the DHS methodology and questionnaires (standard household characteristics module and standard women’s domestic violence module), translated and adapted to the local conditions, with the 2007 DHS of Ukraine as a reference.
