Education and Experience Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum of five years professional experience
  • Thorough familiarity with principles and current approaches to planning, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs using both quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Familiarity with principles of adult learning
  • Strong skills in interactive participatory training and experiential learning
  • Knowledge of rural development, agriculture, or livestock preferred
  • Strong management, strategic planning, and administrative skills
  • Good computer skills for word processing, spreadsheets, and the use of databases in evaluation and monitoring
  • Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian language required, written and verbally
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, monitoring, and other formal and informal methods
  • Willingness to make a strong commitment to ICF “Community Wellbeing’s mission, Cornerstones Model, and values, and a strong commitment to assisting the low income and grassroots rural producer groups
  • Ability to foster and maintain a spirit of unity, teamwork, and cooperation among all personnel and volunteers within ICF “Community Wellbeing”
  • Sensitivity in working with multiple cultures and beliefs
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationally or internationally.
