Тобі можна подавати заявку, якщо ти: 
- тобі 18-28 років та ти цікавишся проектами програми Erasmus+ 
- маєш лідерський потенціал, або дуже хочеш його в собі розвинути
- можеш працювати на англійській мові
- вже маєш ГОТОВИЙ біометричний паспорт або візу (варіант “я подав документи чи готовий подати” - не підходить)
- ти активна, позитивна та відкрита людина =)

Про проект:
The lack of involvement of young people in decision-making on different aspects of life, as well as the lack of involvement of society - including the school in the development of this aspect, may have long-term repercussions on society, leading in time to: 
- increasing the degree of non-involvement in society of young people 
- increasing the difficulty in communication and institutional cooperation 
- Difficulties in social integration. 
The solution we have identified is the involvement of young people in organizational activities, developing leadership skills in each, explaining that this skill is educated and developed through non-formal learning (in particular) and through practice, interacting with other young people and even with recognized leaders 
Tomorrow’s leadership today has the following goals: 
1. To increase the level of leadership knowledge for a total of 48 young people aged between 18 and 28, coming from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine for a period of 11 days 
2. Increasing key competencies related to communication in a foreign language - English is the language of the project 
3. Increasing the skills related to non-formal working methods for 48 young people, coming from 8 countries for 11 days, as well as the 8 leaders 
4. Increasing self-esteem and personal development
The expected impact of the project on the target group and on the community has both short-term and long-term effects.

The methodology of the activities it is based on non-formal education methods, as socio-educative animation (get to know each other games, team building games, energizers, ice-breakers, treasure hunt), educational debates, a Court simulation, NGOs fair, workshops, role play, Open Space Technology, Stop motion animation, Living Library, Flash mob, and many other active and creative methods, games or exercises meant to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the exchange between participants.

Результати відбору: приблизно (!) впродовж 2 тижнів після дедлайну всі апліканти отримають результати на свій email. Так, відмови теж відправимо. Однак просимо терпіння з вашої сторони ;)
