From March 25-27 the IFLRY Belarus and Ukraine Programme will host a training with the topic «Organizational Management and Capacity Building» in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.
One of the actual problems of Ukrainian civil society organizations is the lack of experience in project management and cooperation with donors. There are a lot of newly created initiatives who organize their projects on the costs of their members, but do not have enough information about the opportunities for the project funding. It is a problem for young people to find a proper donors and funding, cooperate with partners for the bigger outreach in public, to prepare the project applications and carry out the project in a decent way.The other problem is that youth organizations in most cases don’t create a sustainable follow-up on their projects.
The idea of the event is to educate Ukrainian civic society and youth orgamizations in progressive ways and forms of organizational management and to expand the knowledge of the activists of youth organizations in project management, PR work, work with partners and donors.
The call is open until the 6th of March 2016.
